The Long Table offers midweek offsites for small teams who want to step away from daily routines.

There are no meeting rooms, no presentations and no schedules.
Instead, there is space, shared meals and time to think and talk without interruption.

Teams stay together in one house, eat together at one long table and spend time outdoors.
Cooking and eating together are part of the stay — not as a workshop, but as a shared rhythm of the day.

Facilitators working with their own groups

The Long Table is not suitable for large groups, tight schedules or teams looking for a classic meeting venue.

Group size: 6–10 people
Duration: usually midweek (Tuesday–Thursday)
Location: Kligene, Latvia
Stay: exclusive use of the house
